Shipping & Delivery Policy

At present Market Vermont only ships to the lower 48 states of the United States of America. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is not possible at this time.

Shipping fees from us to you are included in the cost of the item you purchase. If you wish to return an item you are responsible for paying return shipping charges. All products are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

Returns Policy

If you'd like to return an item please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item(s) for instructions. Items must be undamaged when they arrive so please be sure to save and return the item in it's original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Back Order/ Out of Stock Policy

If some reason we are unable to fulfill your order within a week, we will credit your credit card for out of stock item(s) only. Many of the items we sell at Market Vermont are one-of-a-kind or are limited in quantity so we do not offer backorders. If you saw something here and it's no longer shown, please call our customer service at 1-802-778-0671 to see if it might become available again in the future.

We accept VISA and Mastercard. All orders will require you to provide us with your email address and telephone number so that we can contact you in case we have questions about your order.
