Mountain Whimsy

“MOUNTAIN WHIMSY”. Using a sketch of the view of Camel’s Hump from our kitchen, I wanted to capture the transition season of snow patches. Diluted watercolor pigments were poured randomly onto cold-press paper for the under-painting. This original painting is double-matted with archival materials and framed under glass in a custom-made Don Mar wood frame in mahogany/black finished, ready to hang.
